"Just a quick note to thank you and the Dickens Carolers for the wonderful and entertaining caroling!. We loved it! Some of our kids are still talking about singing Jingle Bells with the carolers. And I really appreciated hearing "Bambino." Well done! Hope to see you in the Woodstock or Crystal lake area during the coming weeks. Thank you again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!" The Dickens Carollers are proud to announce our new soprano, Allison Neff, aka Calliope Stilson.
Allison has sung since childhood in the following venues: Woodstock Opera House, Paradise People,
high school and college choral groups, Dille’s Follies, Jeweled Ice, Chicagoland Voices in Cary, the Woodstock Community Choir—and now with The Dicken’s Carollers!! She also was Technical Director with Woodstock Children’s Summer Theater.
“Calliope” is a life-long resident of Woodstock; her parents are Sue and Kaz Kazlusky (who are previous Dickens Carollers—quite a legacy!!). She married her high school sweetheart Chad—and they have three wonderful children. Allison is also a Speech Language Pathologist in District 200.
We are thrilled to have her clear, lovely voice and her energized wit and smile as part of our group.
